ラーメンは実際は中華でありますが、
店舗名もあえて「らーめん」をひらがな表記にし
日本食の素晴らしさを少しでも広めれるように
「家系らーめん金井家」にしてます。

At Kanaiya Iekei Ramen, we cherish gratitude in everything we do.

We prepare every bowl with sincere appreciation—for our customers, our team, our business partners, and our neighbors. With this spirit, we carefully craft each bowl, one by one.

While ramen has its roots in Chinese cuisine, we intentionally use the hiragana “らーめん” in our name. Through this choice, we hope to share and celebrate the beauty of Japanese food culture.

That is why we proudly call ourselves Iekei Ramen Kanaiya (家系らーめん金井家).
